Description
Assist in maintaining and enhancing the organisation\’s compliance framework.
Act as the Deputy MLRO, supporting all anti-money laundering (AML) activities.
Conduct regular compliance monitoring and reporting to senior management.
Provide advice on regulatory obligations to ensure adherence to legal standards.
Prepare and deliver training to staff on compliance and AML matters.
Oversee the review and update of compliance policies and procedures.
Support in the preparation of regulatory submissions and audits.
Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance-related issues effectively.Profile
A successful Compliance Officer and Deputy MLRO should have:
