The Commercial Solicitor will be:
Drafting, negotiating and managing commercial contracts
Advising on complex commercial matters and risk mitigation
Building relationships and driving business development
Collaborating with colleagues to deliver tailored client solutions
Supporting the expansion of the firm\’s commercial offering
Profile
The Commercial Solicitor should be:
A solicitor or equivalent with 3+ years PQE in commercial law
Experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Proactive in identifying and developing new business
Skilled in client-facing communication and advisory work
Able to work independently yet collaboratively in a small-team setting
