The role of Commercial Assistant in the property industry involves supporting procurement and supply chain activities to ensure the smooth running of operations. Description

  • Provide commercial contract administrative support
  • Support project teams to ensure timely ordering process delivery of goods and services
  • Assist in the review and management of contracts and tender documentation
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the team in cost analysis and budget management tasks
