I am pleased to be exclusively recruiting for this growing organisation - they are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to join them to cover a period of maternity. Due to start in March, this role encompasses Finance Business Partnering and in-depth analysis.

Description:
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making across the business, partnering closely with Finance and Sales teams.
- Conduct detailed profitability, cost, and variance analysis to highlight performance trends and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy, alignment with business objectives, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.
- Review job costing data, identify variances, and support cost optimisation initiatives with operational teams.
- Develop and maintain advanced, scenario‑based financial models to support investment decisions and long‑term planning.
- Prepare and present clear financial reports and dashboards, offering actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Support the month‑end close process through analytical reviews and variance explanations.
- Define, track, and report key financial KPIs to monitor business performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and tools, leveraging best practices and automation.
Profile: To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
- Strong analytical ability along with Power BI and Advanced Excel skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication and business partnering skills.
- Robust, confident and able to challenge stakeholders constructively.
- Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience with extensive experience in Commercial Finance and Analytical roles.
This role is office based for 5 days per week in Tunbridge Wells. You MUST be willing to commute so please only apply if this location is do-able for you for 5 days. This is a maternity cover role for 12 months and you must be available to start this role between the beginning and the middle of March.
Job Offer: Between £65,000 and £80,000 dependent on experience, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Private Medical Insurance, Auto-enrolment Pension, Discretionary Bonus.
