About Our Client My client are an exciting, tech led business who already have monopoly on their sector and are about to go through a period of huge growth. Currently UK-wide, they are now thinking about international expansion and are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to work alongside the Head of Finance and key stakeholders to help drive company performance and build the long-term growth strategy. Job Description As Commercial Finance Manager, you will pro-actively look for risks and opportunities across the business, challenge existing processes, improve customer journeys and improve profitability of the business; all whilst managing a junior team of Analysts to work towards the common goal. The Successful Applicant My client are happy to consider both qualified accountants or those qualified by experience You must have experience in a commercially focused finance role (commercial finance manager/ finance business partner) Strong Excel skills (data interrogation, Power Query, Power BI) Previous experience managing a team, if you don\'t have direct people management experience but can demonstrate at interview how you have developed someone through mentoring/coaching that will be sufficient You must be able to work autonomously and be a pro-active, vocal individual who is happy to get out and talk to the wider business What\'s on Offer Competitive salary Annual bonus, paid quarterly 25 days per year, plus bank holidays & extra day off for your birthday Enhanced maternity and paternity leave and pay Company pension contributions Life Assurance - Coverage of 4x basic salary #J-18808-Ljbffr
