Job Description

As a Commercial & Data Solicitor, you will:

• Advise clients on data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data governance frameworks.
• Support clients in managing data breaches and regulatory investigations.
• Provide guidance on data sharing, transfers, and third-party agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex data issues.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be:

• Experienced in data protection and privacy law from a reputable UK firm.
• Familiar with UK and EU data protection regulations, including GDPR.
• Skilled in drafting and negotiating data-related agreements.
