The candidate will lead a team of Key Account Managers as well as field teams and a visual merchandiser. The role offers exciting opportunities for career growth and progression. The company is a global beauty business that is still young in the UK market. They own a number of brands and are experiencing rapid growth in the UK with plans to double in the next 12 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of KAMs, field sales and visual merchandisers.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key retail partners to maximise opportunities.
  • Analyse market trends and customer data to identify growth potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with retail partners effectively.
  • Monitor account performance and prepare detailed sales reports for management.
  • Identify and address challenges in the sales process to improve efficiency.
  • Support the wider sales team in achieving overall departmental goals.

Profile:

  • Experience managing national beauty retailers.
  • Experience in people management.
  • A proven ability to develop and implement effective account strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build lasting partnerships.

This role is based in Central London 3-4 days a week.

Job Offer:
