The P2P Regional Business Partner's duties will include but are not limited to:
- Be the point of contact between the Shared Service Centre P2P teams and divisional leadership teams.
- Build excellent relationships between Finance, Procurement and operational stakeholders across the region.
- Manage business priorities effectively.
- Monitor operational KPI's.
- Analyse performance trends and proactively align P2P service delivery to meet divisional needs.
- Present monthly performance dashboards and service-level results to divisional stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on Process Governance and Compliance.
- Help lead on Continuous Improvement and Transformation projects.
- Act as an escalation point for complex supplier or invoice issues impacting the region.
A successful P2P Regional Business Partner should have:
- A strong background in end-to-end Purchase to Pay processes.
- Proven expertise working in a Shared Service centre or centralised finance environment in a management position.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations by influencing, negotiating and challenge constructively.
- Experience with ERP systems and automation solutions.
- Experience supporting multi-site organisations.
- Access to a car and be able to travel regularly.
