The Finance Assistant's duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Subcontractor applications for payment
  • Employee expenses
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Supplier master data
  • Any other ad hoc duties as requested by the P2P Manager

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

  • Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
