As part of the Global Science and Technology team, the Climate Change Coordinator will be involved in shaping and implementing the business\’s climate change strategy, including carbon footprinting, target setting, and target tracking. They will also identify and deliver emission reduction initiatives across operational areas and assess climate-related risks and opportunities.

This role involves collecting and consolidating energy, emissions, and climate data from global sites, ensuring data accuracy, supporting Life Cycle Assessment methodologies, preparing data for reporting, and working with site teams to improve energy efficiency. The coordinator will support the ESG team in implementing improvement plans and operate within group EHS policies to enhance performance.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Science, or Engineering, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights. Good communication skills and experience with climate/energy data, preferably in an industrial context, are advantageous.
