A growing firm of chartered accountants based in Bristol is searching for a Client Manager / Business Services Team Manager to join their team as a key addition and right hand support to the firms Directors with opportunity to carve an influential role and progress in your career, taking both a lead on managing a portfolio and service delivery on this side as well as developing and supporting the wider team.

With offices in Bristol with parking on site, this firm of well-established chartered accountants has experienced positive change and growth over the last few years through new owners taking the reins, having successfully implemented their vision and plans for the future development of the firm moving forward. The firm services wide ranging clients, from small sole traders, partnerships through to clients up to and in excess of the audit threshold in turnover on larger limited company SMEs and OMBs and the firm also has a number of larger clients/ corporate and groups/charities with audit requirements. The firm provides a mix of home to office hybrid working, flexible hours and team focused culture, along with competitive salary.
Description
Joining as Client Manager / Business Services Team Manager you will manage the delivery of accounts, tax and wider services to varied sole trader, partnerships and limited companies, SMEs and OMBs across varied industry sectors and turnovers. You will also advise clients on wider planning and advisory project work across accounting/tax as well as overseeing the delivery of compliance services. Alongside this you will be supported by a wider team and play a key, lead role in developing, supporting, mentoring and managing this team providing a pivotal support to the firm directors. You will carve an influential role in this successful, growing firm of independent accountants with a clear route to progress on offer as well.
Profile
For this Client Manager / Business Services Team Manager role you will be any of ACA/ACCA/CTA etc qualified, or equivalent with a career background within accountancy practice across any of accounts/tax/audit etc and all around, general accountancy practice service delivery to wide ranging sole trade, partnership and limited company clients. You will have developed your career to the Manager levels.
Job Offer
