Description As a Client Care Executive you will be helping and supporting existing customers regarding their products and services they have with the business.

The role will be mainly handling queries over the telephone and email ensuring each conversation is dealt with to the highest standard and the enquiry is resolved as quick as possible.

You will be working closely when required with other members of the business to resolve any escalations and supporting with managing cases and progressing accordingly.
