As a Client Accountant in London, you will manage client accounting work helping to keep financial records accurate and up to date.
You will work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to provide clear, reliable information that supports day-to-day operations.

- Description
- Produce monthly management accounts and support month-end close activities, including journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage and reconcile service charge accounts, ensuring accurate reporting and expenditure analysis across property portfolios.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing financial insight and resolving accounting queries.
- Support process improvements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and client reporting requirements.
- Profile
- Strong experience in service charge accounting, including budget preparation, reconciliations and year-end accounts.
- Confident producing accurate financial reports, journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, able to build effective relationships with clients, property managers and internal stakeholders.
- Part-qualified or qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
