Description
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and programmes across the business
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external vendors to ensure effective delivery of learning activities
- Prepare training materials, joining instructions, and logistical arrangements (venues, virtual platforms, equipment)
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and compliance documentation
- Support the administration of learning management systems (LMS) and training portals
- Respond to learner and stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with reporting on training activity, completion rates, and programme effectiveness
- Provide general administrative support to the Learning & Development team as required
Profile
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience in a training coordination, L&D, or similar administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities
- Experience using learning management systems (LMS) or similar platforms (desirable)
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- The ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
- Experience working in a professional services or regulated environment (desirable)
