Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles within the organisation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment requirements and develop tailored hiring strategies.
- Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet role requirements and align with company values.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing guidance and support to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
