Description

Manage all aspects of mechanical and electrical cost estimating and cost planning for data centre projects.

Conduct detailed analysis of project costs and provide accurate forecasts and budgets.

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

Collaborate with project teams to monitor and control project finances effectively.

Evaluate and negotiate contractor claims and variations.

Provide regular financial reports and updates to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in mechanical and electrical quantity surveying.

Support the team with post-contract cost management and final account settlements.

Profile

A successful Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor should have

Proven expertise in mechanical and electrical quantity surveying within construction projects.
