Description
Manage diaries and coordinate schedules for the VPs.
Organise and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas and taking minutes.
Handle email correspondence on behalf of the VPs, ensuring timely responses.
Arrange travel and accommodation as needed.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries.
Support with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
Liaise with various teams to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
