A company operating in the business services industry in London. This is a rolling 4 week contract with possibility to extend.
Description
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process starters, leavers, salary changes, pensions, statutory payments, and payroll adjustments.
- Perform payroll reconciliations, checks, and validation activities.
- Support pension administration and monthly pension reconciliations.
- Handle payroll queries from employees and stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
- Provide additional support to the payroll team during peak periods and project work.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, Senior Payroll Administrator, or Payroll Officer.
- ADP experience.
- Strong end-to-end UK payroll processing experience.
- Able to hit the ground running with minimal training
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing payroll deadlines.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with payroll systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable building relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Available to start immediately.
Job Offer
- Competitive daily rate of Β£250 to Β£350 dependent on the level of experience.
