  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

  • Deal with cases in a timely and professional manner

Profile

  • Previous employee relations experience, including grievances and disciplinarians
  • Previous experience of employment tribunals desirable
  • Previous HE or private sector experience
  • Strong data management and reporting ability
  • Ability to work at pace and in a commercial way
