- Review the current ED&I function and offering to provide improvements.
- Improve senior representation in the organisation.
- Develop best ED&I practice across the organisation.
- Influence recruitment best practice and inclusive hiring techniques.
- Deliver Equality Impact Assessments.
- Focus on making a difference on culture, representation and influence positive change.
- Look at re-establishing Employee Network Groups, and realign the governance and framework.
- Review the ED&I training offering for staff.
- Review the pay gap report and diversity data to identify recommendations for improvement, with a key focus on disability.
