Description
- Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of health, safety and environmental management throughout project lifecycles.
- Conduct site inspections, audits and compliance monitoring activities.
- Support accident, incident and near-miss investigations, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
- Review and provide guidance on Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Ensure safe systems of work are implemented and adhered to across project sites.
- Assist with contractor and subcontractor safety management and inspections.
- Support ISO 45001 audits and ongoing compliance initiatives.
- Assist with health and safety documentation for tenders, client submissions and construction phase plans.
- Produce reports and maintain accurate HSE records and documentation.
- Stay up to date with health, safety and environmental legislation and industry best practice.
Profile
- 2+ years experience in health, safety, and environmental compliance within facilities management or the property industry.
- IOSH & NEBOSH General/Construction.
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and ISO 45001 standards.
- Experience supporting audits, inspections and compliance activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Job Offer
