Working within a busy People team, you will support day-to-day HR operations while helping to improve processes, coordinate projects and provide a high-quality employee experience across the organisation.

Description
- Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries.
- Supporting recruitment coordination and onboarding activities.
- Assisting with payroll administration and employee data management.
- Maintaining HR records and ensuring data accuracy within the HRIS.
- Supporting HR projects, process improvements and policy implementation.
- Coordinating employee lifecycle activity from onboarding through to offboarding.
- Assisting with documentation, reporting and standard operating procedures.
- Working closely with HR colleagues across recruitment, payroll and HR operations.
Profile
- Previous experience in an HR Generalist role.
- A strong understanding of the employee lifecycle.
- Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and accountable approach to work.
- Experience working with HR systems and maintaining employee records.
- Confidence working in a busy, evolving environment.
Job Offer
- Day rate of 175 to 190, dependent on the level of experience.
- Fixed-term contract.
- Hybrid working.
- London-based HR Generalist role within the Not For Profit sector.
