Oversee the administration of pension plans across different regions. Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure effective pension delivery. Monitor and report on the performance of pension funds and related investments. Provide expert guidance on pension-related matters to stakeholders. Keep up to date with changes in pension regulations and adjust strategies accordingly. Develop and implement policies for efficient pension scheme management. Handle queries related to pensions from employees and management teams.Profile A successful Global Pension Manager should have: Strong experience in managing pension schemes, ideally in a global context.
