Description
Prepare financial accounting information and regulatory submissions.
Support reporting requirements for UK financial regulators.
Assist with corporation tax and VAT preparation and submissions.
Produce daily P&L reporting, analysis and commentary.
Prepare financial statements and support external audits.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls.
Investigate accounting queries and resolve issues with stakeholders.
Contribute to finance projects, process improvements and documentation updates.
Profile
Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant (or QBE) Experience within the finance function of al banking organisation or broader Financial Services sector
Ideally some knowledge of regulatory reporting or hedge accounting - Desirable Keen to do a broad hands on role, covering several different areas within the finance function Happy to offer support and guidance to junior team members Able to manage priorities, meet deadlines and operate in a controlled environment.
