This role is to provide support to the Founder of a rapidly growing AI firm. This role has so much scope for progression as they grow rapidly.
They are a fast scaling AI firm who have secured a significant amount of funding from world leading venture capital firms. The Founders have set up other firms that have been phenomenally successful and lucrative.
This really will be a no two days are the same role. You will support with the traditional EA duties of diary management and travel booking. You will act as a true partner using emotional intelligence and understanding of the business to manage the time of those you support so they can work more effectively. As this is a start-up, you will also support with on-boarding new starters, being the person who shapes the atmosphere in the office.
You will also take on responsibility for sourcing and arranging set up of offices abroad, hiring staff abroad and really being the right hand person to the Founder to run with various projects.
A successful EA will:
- Ideally have worked in a high growth company before, or have a very good understanding of what this will look like
- Be ambitious and see this as an incredible opportunity to be at the forefront of an incredible business
- Be an exceptional communicator both written and verbally
- Understand that no two days will be the same
- Have excellent MS Office and AI skills
£85,000 - £120,000 (depending on the candidate) plus equity and benefits.
