The Digital Media Officer will manage social media and website content to strengthen The Elders' global digital presence. They will create engaging multimedia materials, including videos and graphics, to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively.

Description:

  • Produce and edit videos, photo stories, and podcasts for campaigns and storytelling.
  • Design graphics, infographics, and visuals for digital platforms.
  • Develop and schedule content for social media channels.
  • Monitor social media engagement.
  • Keep website content updated, engaging, and SEO-optimised.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital outputs.
  • Translate complex issues into accessible, inspiring digital materials.
  • You will work with programme teams to deliver high quality content.

Profile:

  • 3-5 years' experience in digital communications, ideally in an NGO or international setting.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Skilled in creating multimedia content using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop).
  • Experience managing website content (WordPress, Drupal) with basic SEO knowledge.

Job Offer:

  • Salary between 31,500 and 38,500.
