Associate Director - Project Management - Healthcare in City of London

As an Associate Director in Project Management within the healthcare sector, you'll oversee the delivery of construction projects primarily within the NHS, ensuring they meet client expectations and standards. Your role will focus on managing project life-cycles, from planning through to completion, while maintaining smooth communication with all stakeholders. Description Lead and manage healthcare construction projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time and budget. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear and regular project updates. Oversee the use of JCT and NEC forms of contract to manage projects effectively. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers and contractors. Provide Employers Agent services to ensure project compliance and client satisfaction. Implement and monitor project management processes to maintain quality and efficiency. Support the development of junior team members in the construction delivery process. Maintain excellent communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders. Demonstrable experience in business development through professional networking circlesProfile A successful Associate Director - Project Management - Healthcare should have: Professional accreditation such as MAPM or MCIOB. Proven expertise in project management within healthcare, NHS, life sciences or hospital projects. Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract. Clear and effective communication skills for liaising with clients and teams. Experience in construction delivery and Employers Agent responsibilities.
