Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear and regular project updates. Oversee the use of JCT and NEC forms of contract to manage projects effectively. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers and contractors. Provide Employers Agent services to ensure project compliance and client satisfaction. Implement and monitor project management processes to maintain quality and efficiency. Support the development of junior team members in the construction delivery process. Maintain excellent communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders. Demonstrable experience in business development through professional networking circlesProfile A successful Associate Director - Project Management - Healthcare should have: Professional accreditation such as MAPM or MCIOB. Proven expertise in project management within healthcare, NHS, life sciences or hospital projects. Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
