We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Marketing Manager to join a thriving team in the retail sector. This role involves managing marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency, and driving successful campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing and DTC Director with delivery of campaigns and sales‑driving activity.
  • Line‑manage the Marketing Executive team.
  • Oversee paid search, SEO, display, and other digital activity with agency partners.
  • Contribute to development of TV campaigns.
  • Manage website assets and ensure accurate, up‑to‑date product information.
  • Monitor and report on performance using analytics tools.
  • Support promotions across stores and retail partners.
  • Coordinate and assist with events, exhibitions, and experiential activity.
  • Benchmark competitors and refine product copy.
  • Provide e‑commerce and retail marketing support across online/offline channels.
  • Manage social media community responses.
  • Handle ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Profile / Qualifications

  • Bright, switched‑on individual with strong listening skills, curiosity, and initiative.
  • Experienced marketing professional with proven ability to manage agencies, including PR and media partners.
  • Strong attention to detail with the drive to deliver high‑quality work and an excellent customer experience.
  • Skilled across both digital and offline channels, including PPC, SEO, display, and traditional marketing activity.
  • Practical, proactive, and willing to do what it takes to achieve results; clear and articulate communicator.
  • Excellent numeracy, literacy, and ICT skills, including confidence with Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Degree or professional marketing qualification (e.g., CIM) or equivalent experience.
  • Self‑sufficient, able to generate new ideas and contribute proactively to the department.
  • Strong presentation skills.
