We are seeking an experienced Head of HR Systems to lead and optimise HR technology solutions within a multi-site Leisure/Retail Business. This role is based in Derbyshire and requires expertise in managing HR systems (pinned around Workday) to drive organisational efficiency and effectiveness. 2 days in the office and 3 from home.

Description:
- Oversee the implementation, management, and optimisation of HR systems to meet organisational needs.
- Be the Workday SME for the Business and lead the People Systems Teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR technology solutions.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HR systems, aligning with business goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance on system upgrades, improvements, and data management.
