Drive growth across the premium hospitality sector by developing high-value customer relationships, winning new business and identifying opportunities to increase share of wallet. This is a field-based, commercially focused role for a confident hospitality sales professional who can build trusted relationships with chefs and senior operators while delivering profitable growth and an exceptional customer experience.

As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in driving growth across the premium hospitality market, developing existing accounts while identifying and winning new business. This is a field-based opportunity for a commercially driven, relationship-focused sales professional who can build credibility with chefs and senior operators, identify opportunities and turn them into long-term, profitable partnerships. This role will cover Cheshire, Midlands and North Wales.

The successful candidate will be a confident, commercially driven sales professional with a strong understanding of the hospitality sector and a proven track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts. They'll be a natural relationship-builder, comfortable engaging with chefs, GMs and senior operators, with the initiative, resilience and commercial awareness to spot opportunities, build a strong pipeline and deliver profitable growth.
