We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager - 12 month FTC to lead strategic marketing initiatives within the business services industry. This role is a remote position that requires expertise in developing and executing marketing campaigns alongside excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities of the Marketing & Communications Manager:
- Create and manage marketing and advertising campaigns (digital and traditional), webinars, events, awards, and outreach projects.
- Manage external partner relationships, such as a PR agency for key events.
- Generate impactful and progressive content aligned to the commercial strategy and in collaboration with the wider team such as videos, webinars, blogs, case studies and infographics.
- Manage content on digital platforms to generate leads.
- Maintain an impactful website aligned with lead generation and sales goals.
- Manage the CRM marketing system including workflows, campaign processes, analysis, and reporting.
A successful Marketing & Communications Manager should have:
- Experience delivering thought-leading, powerful content through collaboration with internal and external experts.
- Working knowledge of design platforms or software such as Canva and Adobe, as well as Microsoft suite.
- Experience managing effective partnerships, including delegating effectively, setting objectives and evaluating performance of external agencies.
- Experience managing projects to time and cost KPIs, including working to tight deadlines.
- The ability to start a role at short notice and be comfortable with a 12 month contract position.
