You will manage day-to-day technical administration and records so the team can work efficiently and meet its commitments. Client Details The organisation operates in the insurance industry and is based in Chatham. Description Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and oversight activities. Coordinate technical administration for the Legal department, keeping information clear and accessible. Track actions, deadlines and updates to help ensure work is completed on time. Prepare and format documents, reports and meeting materials for internal use. Manage shared files and registers, ensuring records are kept up to date. Respond to routine queries and direct matters to the appropriate colleagues when needed. Support the preparation of information required for compliance and oversight reviews. Help improve the consistency and accuracy of departmental documentation.Profile A successful 'Technical Officer, Compliance And Oversight' will have experience in the above and be on short notice. Job Offer Fixed-term contract. Salary of £33,000 to £35,000, dependent on the level of experience. Hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
