An exciting role for a Change Communications Specialist has arisen with a leading UK institution. This role will be based in Surrey, with hybrid working, 3 days on-site and 2 days from home. This role will be responsible for delivering change communications across a number of sensitive projects; collaborating with Managers across the business to deliver content and communications on time. Client Details Our client is a well-established institution in the UK. Description The successful Change Communications Specialist will be responsible for; Developing and implement effective internal and external communication strategies Developing a strong understanding of the needs of different audience groups; drafting relevant timely messages to deliver the project on time. Developing press statements and social media responses as required. Collaborating with various departments to manage change and foster organisation-wide understanding Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of communication strategies Organising and facilitate communication workshops as required Managing any crisis communication as neededProfile A successful Change Communications Specialist should have: Proven expertise within transformation and/or change communications.
