  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of new product launches across the UK and Europe
  • Full Category Management ownership across UK and Europe
  • Manage launch timelines, priorities, and cross-functional project delivery
  • Partner with global innovation teams to adapt products for regional markets and customer needs
  • Develop commercially sound go-to-market plans, ensuring retailer and operational readiness
  • Analyse category trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to support innovation decisions
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-launch reviews and process optimisation

Profile

  • Must have extensive experience in Category Management in beauty
  • Previous innovation, Product Marketing, or Product Launch experience within beauty
  • Full category ownership and experience leading on strategic direction and growth
  • Strong understanding of category trends, retailer dynamics, and consumer behaviour
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commercially focused with the ability to balance innovation and operational execution
  • Comfortable working across international teams and managing multiple priorities
