We're working with a fast-growing organisation in Cardiff Bay seeking a Transactional Finance Team Leader to oversee a high-performing finance operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control functions while playing a key role in improving processes and supporting business growth. Description The Role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of the transactional finance team, ensuring service levels are maintained and continuous improvements are delivered across finance operations.
