My client is an established and growing food manufacturing business supplying products into the UK market. Following sustained growth, the business is investing significantly in its operations, including new production equipment, expanded warehousing capacity and upgraded employee facilities. The site is entering an exciting phase of development and is looking to strengthen its leadership team with the appointment of a Manufacturing Manager who can help drive performance, improve processes and support the next stage of growth.

- Acting as a key member of the site leadership team and deputy to the General Manager when required.
