As they continue to evolve their engineering capability, they are seeking an ambitious leader to help drive reliability, performance and future growth.

Description

Lead and develop the maintenance and engineering team.

Deliver capital investment and continuous improvement projects.

Drive equipment reliability, uptime and engineering performance.

Develop and optimise preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.

Oversee engineering systems, CMMS and maintenance planning.

Manage engineering stores, spare parts and inventory control.

Support new equipment installations and NPI projects.

Collaborate with Operations to improve efficiency, productivity and site performance.

Drive a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.

Manage engineering budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Profile

Ideal candidate

Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Proven experience within a manufacturing, FMCG or production environment.

Strong understanding of maintenance best practices, asset reliability and continuous improvement.

Experience leading projects, mentoring colleagues, supervising teams or driving operational improvements.

Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders across Operations and Engineering.

Ambitious and motivated to step into a broader engineering leadership role.

Lean, TPM or Six Sigma experience would be advantageous.
