- Process accounting entries and check data for completeness and accuracy.
- Reconcile financial information and investigate any differences promptly.
- Trail balance and full management accounts.
- Review transactions and supporting documents to ensure records are properly maintained.
- Keep accounting files organised, making information easy to access when needed.
- Work with colleagues to resolve finance queries and maintain smooth daily processes.
Profile
A successful 'Accountant' should have:
- Experience of maintaining accurate accounting records, managing the full finance life-cycle.
- Experience working wit QuickBooks is essential.
