Description
This is a field-based business development role covering the North UK region, focused on identifying, qualifying, and converting new clients, growing existing accounts, and supporting the wider regional team contributing to strategic growth.
- Prospect and acquire new clients through proactive outreach including cold calls, email, and social media.
- Qualify leads and close sales, focusing on converting practices to the company\βs full product and service offering.
- Develop onboarding strategies to ensure new clients are set up for success and long-term value.
- Collaborate with Territory Managers and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handovers and ongoing support.
- Deliver product training and installations in regions without a dedicated trainer.
- Support and attend regional events, including trade shows, in-practice demos, and educational sessions.
- Coach and mentor new team members, contributing to onboarding, training, and sales excellence.
- Manage a small corporate account to develop commercial and account management skills.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and use data to inform strategy and performance reporting.
Profile
Proven track record in new business sales & key account management in medical devices, med-tech, or healthcare. (Ideally in dental β implants, orthodontics or dental equipment) in a similar role (Senior Territory Manager / Regional Territory Manager / Regional Sales Manager)

- Proven track record of driving business growth and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
- Digitally confident, with experience in CRM systems and social selling.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the North UK.
- Experience in consultative selling and pipeline management.
