- Partnering with executive and senior stakeholders across a diverse portfolio, supporting the delivery of people strategies that enable organisational success.
- Acting as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and Executive stakeholders.
- Leading organisational change, restructuring and transformation initiatives.
- Supporting strategic workforce planning and resource management.
- Managing complex employee relations and consultation activity.
