Description
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines, including VAT and corporate tax submissions.
Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and investment planning.
Prepare accurate financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the organisation with tax planning and provide advice on tax-efficient practices.
Maintain and update financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls.
Respond to audit queries and assist with external audits as required.
Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation.
Profile
A successful Tax and Treasury Accountant should have
Strong knowledge of tax regulations, including VAT and corporate tax.
Experience in treasury management, including cash flow forecasting and investments.
Proficiency in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
Ability to provide clear and practical tax advice to internal stakeholders.
Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
A recognised accounting qualification or relevant professional experience.
