We are looking for a recently qualified MRICS Quantity Surveyor - Fund Monitoring Surveyor to join the Bristol office of a leading development / fund monitoring consultancy. This role requires a skilled professional with a strong background in construction and a focus on fund monitoring.

Our client is a well-established consultancy within the property industry, known for its expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality services. They operate as a medium-sized company and are recognised for their specialist work in construction and fund monitoring.

We are seeking a recently RICS-chartered Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly expanding Fund Monitoring team in Bristol. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has recently achieved MRICS status and wants to apply their cost and construction expertise in a strategic, client-facing role. You will be responsible for providing independent advice to lenders and investors, assessing risk, cost, and programme performance throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide independent advice on cost, risk, and programme performance throughout the development lifecycle;
  • Review development proposals, cost plans, and funding structures;
  • Assess budgets, procurement strategies, and potential risks;
  • Monitor construction progress and cashflow against forecasts;
  • Prepare clear, insightful fund monitoring reports for clients;
  • Collaborate with developers, lenders, and project teams to resolve issues early.
