As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted commercial partner to senior stakeholders and operational leaders. You will build close relationships across the business, using insight, analysis and financial modelling to identify opportunities and influence decision‑making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with operational and revenue‑generating teams to drive performance and profitability
- Identifying and leading profit improvement initiatives, working cross‑functionally to deliver them
- Developing and presenting pricing proposals, including innovative and alternative pricing solutions
- Providing clear financial insight, analysis and commentary to senior leadership
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting
- Improving financial literacy and commercial awareness among non‑finance stakeholders
Profile
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong experience in a commercial business, ideally working in industry as a Senior analyst/commercial management accountant/junior business partner. Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving performance improvement is essential, along with strong financial modelling and analytical skills. Experience presenting to senior leadership/Heads of department and confidence operating close to senior leadership in a fast‑paced environment are also required. A commercially curious, articulate and personable approach is important.
