Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading day-to-day manufacturing performance across multiple production areas
  • Driving improvements in key KPIs including OEE, cost, output and efficiency
  • Coaching and developing a cross-functional team of managers and graduates
  • Embedding a culture of continuous improvement using lean methodologies
  • Supporting the delivery of the site manufacturing strategy and roadmap
  • Contributing to and leading capital investment and improvement projects
  • Using data and performance insight to drive decision-making and operational outcomes
The Successful Candidate
  • Proven experience in Operations or Production leadership within manufacturing
  • Strong people leader with the ability to develop teams and drive accountability
  • Track record of improving operational performance in fast-paced environments
  • Solid understanding of lean and continuous improvement principles
  • Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) in engineering, manufacturing or related discipline
  • Experience operating within highly regulated or safety-critical environments (COMAH desirable)
