Description
Key Responsibilities- Leading day-to-day manufacturing performance across multiple production areas
- Driving improvements in key KPIs including OEE, cost, output and efficiency
- Coaching and developing a cross-functional team of managers and graduates
- Embedding a culture of continuous improvement using lean methodologies
- Supporting the delivery of the site manufacturing strategy and roadmap
- Contributing to and leading capital investment and improvement projects
- Using data and performance insight to drive decision-making and operational outcomes
- Proven experience in Operations or Production leadership within manufacturing
- Strong people leader with the ability to develop teams and drive accountability
- Track record of improving operational performance in fast-paced environments
- Solid understanding of lean and continuous improvement principles
- Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) in engineering, manufacturing or related discipline
- Experience operating within highly regulated or safety-critical environments (COMAH desirable)
