We're supporting a large, values-led organisation with over 11,000 employees to appoint an experienced Strategic People Partner on a 7-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting into a senior strategic people leader, you'll be responsible for driving several high-profile people projects, with an immediate focus on:

  • Leading a significant people data and insight improvement programme, ensuring senior stakeholders receive meaningful reporting, commentary and action-focused recommendations.
  • Supporting ongoing organisational workstreams relating to employment and workforce matters.
  • Working closely with senior leaders to challenge, influence and coach on people-related priorities.
  • Facilitating discussions and workshops following a recent culture and engagement survey.
  • Supporting the delivery of action plans arising from employee feedback and engagement activity.
  • Helping to design, launch and analyse a future employee listening and engagement survey, securing buy-in from stakeholders and translating findings into practical actions.

We're looking for a confident and credible HR professional who can operate at a strategic level and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. You'll ideally bring:

  • Experience in a Senior HR Business Partner, Strategic People Partner or equivalent role.
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience turning people data into meaningful insight and action plans.
  • Confidence working directly with executive and senior leadership teams.
  • A track record of leading strategic people projects and organisational change initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.
  • The ability to balance hands-on delivery with strategic thinking.
  • Sector background is open - we're interested in people who have worked in complex, fast-paced organisations and can quickly build credibility.

Salary of £60,000-£65,000

7 month FTC

25 days annual leave

Holiday buy and sell scheme

Pension scheme (4% employer contribution)

Predominantly remote working

Minimal travel (typically 1-2 times per month in Bradford when required, fully expensed from home)
