Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in delivering financial insight, supporting operational decision-making and ensuring robust financial control. You'll work closely with manufacturing, engineering, procurement and central finance teams, providing meaningful analysis that influences business performance.

Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Previous experience within management accounting, FP&A or commercial finance.
- Manufacturing, retail or FMCG experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into commercial insight.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Confident leading teams and working in a fast-paced environment.
