The Senior S&OP Manager is responsible for leading the implementation and ongoing development of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP/S&OP) process across the UK and international markets.

- Manage the monthly S&OP/IBP cycle, facilitating Demand, Supply, and Executive review meetings.
- Own the 3-24 month planning horizon, balancing commercial demand with operational capabilities.
- Consolidate commercial insights and market trends into a single, aligned demand plan.
- Drive data-led decision making that improves inventory, working capital, and long-term business performance.
- Evaluate long-term supply and capacity scenarios, supporting leadership with recommendations and decision-making.
- Partner with Finance to align operational plans with financial targets, inventory strategy, and working capital objectives.
- Drive process improvements, system optimization, performance reporting, and change adoption across the organization.
- Act as a neutral cross-functional partner, aligning Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to support business decisions.

A successful Senior S&OP Manager should have
- Experience supporting or leading an S&OP/IBP implementation, ideally working alongside external consulting partners.
- Background in international supply chain planning within FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or Cosmetics.
- Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and the financial impact of operational decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Experience managing projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or a similar ERP), Power BI, and Excel.
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field. APICS (CPIM/CSCP), IBF (CPF), or similar planning certifications are an advantage.
