Description
- Provide outstanding pharmaceutical care and clinical services to patients.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the pharmacy team to achieve excellent service standards.
- Ensure compliance with GPhC regulations, NHS requirements, and company policies.
- Manage the safe and efficient dispensing of prescriptions.
- Deliver and expand pharmacy services including vaccinations, health checks, and other NHS and private services.
- Drive commercial performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Build strong relationships with local healthcare professionals and the wider community.
- Manage stock control, pharmacy operations, and service delivery targets.
Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- MPharm degree and current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Previous experience as a Pharmacist, ideally with management or leadership responsibilities.
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient-centred care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
- A proactive approach to service development and business performance.
