Description
- Month end preparation - work with key stakeholders to ensure accurate cost detail / cost tracking and accruals are captured.
- Maintain relevant accrual and cost tracking documents.
- Support on all forecast / budget processes.
- Support Finance Lead to deliver accurate financial reporting, including detailed variance analysis.
- Work closely with the Logistics team to review costs.
- Proactively look for improvement opportunities in logistics accounting and control processes.
- Support the Supply Chain Accountants and Finance Lead to embed standardisation and consistent ways of working across the company.
- Support with all SOX and standard internal controls as required.
- Support on external and internal audit processes as required relating to Supply Chain Finance.
Profile
- A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
- Experience in the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
