  • Description
  • Manage weekly trade processing, including reviewing and processing site trading information and compiling trading statistics.
  • Ensure all revenue is received and reconciled accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile joint venture events and ensure third-party settlements are correctly accounted for.
  • Investigate and escalate trading anomalies where appropriate.
  • Provide operational finance support, including wage percentage analysis and identifying trading inefficiencies, overspending, and unusual discount activity.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and support treasury activities, including weekly payment proposals.
  • Monitor compliance with financial controls, approval limits, and contract documentation requirements.
  • Support monthly finance processes, including ledger management, reconciliations, reporting, management accounts support, cash management, and year-end audit activities.
  • Assist with payroll processing and reconciliations.
  • Provide support to Purchase Ledger and Credit Control teams to ensure timely supplier payments and debt collection.
  • Assist with PRS submissions and other ad hoc finance projects.
